overnight Permits

The Town of Dillon has instituted a paid overnight parking fee during the hours of 2AM to 6AM for all rotating lots. Permits are available nightly or annually for residents and businesses.  

           

2024 Parking Permits are valid from January 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024. All 2024 permit applicants must fill out the proper application in order to qualify for the 2024 permit regardless if a 2023 permit was obtained. Once an application has been submitted, the applicant is required to provide verification of the eligibility for a residential or commercial permit. Town of Dillon will review and verify the eligibility before a permit is issued. Please allow three (3) business days for approval. See below to apply.

Please note, 2023 Overnight  Residential and Commercial Permits expired on December 31, 2023.

  • Requirements: Available to residents who own or rent real property within the Town of Dillon limits. Proof of residency required.

  • Cost: $100 per vehicle.

  • Permit holders will be emailed 40 visitor pass codes annually

  • Valid daily from January 1 until December 31, 2024, from 2AM until 6AM.

Rules and Regulations

  • A copy of your vehicle registration is required for all vehicles.

  • If the vehicle is not registered to an address within Town of Dillon limits, then alternate documents can be required proving residency.

  • Keystone and Summit Cove are not within Town limits and do not qualify for a Town of Dillon Residential Permit.

  • The Town of Dillon will review and verify the eligibility before a permit is issued. Please allow three (3) business days for approval.

If your permit application is approved, you will automatically receive a FREE Summer 2024 Town of Dillon Resident Permit.

OVERNIGHT COMMERCIAL PERMIT

  • Requirements: Available to owners and employees of businesses located in the Core Area. Businesses must hold a valid Town of Dillon business license.

  • Cost: $300 per vehicle.

  • Valid daily from January 1 until December 31, 2024, from 2AM until 6AM.
